I suggest not only to remember of waheguru at the end movement ... (it would be like ... sau chue kha ke billi haj ko chali ... lol) but do remember them in each & every of breath of urs. Even if by some reason or the other, u forget even for a single movement ... consider that to be the most unluckiest & useless movement of ur life ...
